F.I.A.I.P.) registered at ASF (Financial Supervisory Authority) with number PJR 09FIAIP/400015, by the license no. 100/07.07.2022 having at the same time the quality of alternative investment fund manager A.I.F.M, (Ro A.F.I.A.) registered at ASF (Financial Supervisory Authority) with number PJR08AFIA/400005 by the certificate no. 9/07.07.2022, who doesn’t benefit of a surveillance regimen similar to an AIFM(Ro. A.F.I.A) authorized by ASF according to the law no. 74/2015.
